Well, yeah...That's pretty much it. This happens to every single game, it sometimes even happens when I do absolutely nothing...

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Also, install Windows 7 SP1 from Windows Update.

Great. You seem to not have any audio driver installed though, which is troubling. I can't determine what driver you need based on your dxdiag log unfortunately. Though if sound works fine, I suppose it's a moot point.

I have an audio driver, I updated it a week ago

You're right, dxdiag was just being dumb since the Windows Audio service was not running for some reason.
