FPS drops on camera movement [Windows 10]

FlokkZ!

Question

Hello MTA Community,

since I installed Windows 10 on my pc (before windows 7) I am not able to play MTA anymore.
I mean ,its still running, but when I move my camera ingame, I get hugh FPS drops (jumping from 47 fps to 15 or less).

I already tried to reinstall MTA and GTA:SA (I use the GTA:SA Disk, so no Download).
I reinstalled my windows 10.
I tried to install Direct x9.0c manually but it tells me that I already got the newest and best version of it.

Small information, I am not using any kind of mods.

My MTADiag-Log-Link:

I hope that someone got an idea.

Thanks,
FlokkZ!

It may seem unrelated; however, this sounds like an issue with models streaming in (As you move camera different models stream in) so you may want to try running this as administrator

 https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/utils/servicing.bat  then restart your computer.

As mentioned by Dutchman in a previous topic 'MTA relies on WMI (winmgmt service) to assign streaming memory to the game'

Hey, thank you for your help.

I started it and restarted my pc 2 times.
I just started MTA as an admin and now I have no lags anymore...

The biggest problems can be fixed on the easiest ways. xD
