Yeah, but I hate shutting the other monitor off all the time, and since it's my brothers computer he hates it. Because he is always having to fix his desktop. And he wants 2 monitors on. So why is VC locked and not GTA3? In the meantime I guess I will have to shut it off, the other monitor. Or just now play since my brother hates it.

I cannot play GTA3 itself or MTA. I use 2 monitors and when I move the mouse over to the other monitor (not knowing it) then I fire and it minimizes. Then I get people calling me a "n00b" for pausing when I can't really help it. In VC the screen is locked, so is there a fix I can download to lock this screen? Or have to play with 1 monitor. *doesn't really want to give that monitor up while playing GTA3*

Just go to its spawn and crash it up lol, once it blows with (no guns shooting at it) it will respawn good and new. But, I wish when someone gets sprayed, the car actually looks nice on my screen also..

I will like 0.4, and they will fix all the bugs... but the stubby needs to return to its rightful state. I cannot believe they messed with it. 1 on 1's suck now... stubby wars are gone, and I do not care if people have them... just though people spread out... the cop gun is probably going to be one of the next good guns, really good guns... i dont care the glitches are gone... for the stubby... but it needs to be like it is in 0.3 and single player. in single player the stubby did rock... all though the m60 was great if u got it at phils and the sub machine gun... i got scared when on missions the people had stubbys though :\... so i used it on them, anyways i do not know why they changed the stubby but it sucks now...

No, not because they are 'cheaters', it is because of the crashing, the lag, and the slow times. But, they're already cheaters out... ! There was a guy acting as ][)oo]\[ under DooN and he was cheating. It was basically another stubby war but at Phil's Place. He would not die, he would actually fall on his screen multipule times. He acted like an azz. And never lost health, and even major laggers do lose health from time to time. I, my self... am thinking about going back 0.3, because they're are hardly NO crashes, it runs faster for some people (0.4 runs fast for me because I got a great pc) but people complain to much on 0.4. All I want fixed, is the stubby to its original state, no crashes (like 0.3r2 or w/e), and fix the lag problem. And they did mess with the stubby, I went in MTA 0.3 checked out the stubby. Went in SP and checked out the stubby, they were the same. Now in 0.4 it takes to long, you cannot shoot as fast anymore (/me kisses by the fun 1 on 1's) because now, you can be fighting in a war and someone can just run right up behind you when you can't run because of the less lag but some people do lag more then they use to. So there is something wrong with the stubby, its not like it was when Rockstar made it.

Might I ask, but why is the stubby messed up? I check it in the Single Player, then in MTA and they were acting diffrent. After the shot was made, the guy took forever to have his stubby cock. Why? Now the new object if your a stubby user, is to jump again... can't really run that well without getting shot. I'am fine with everything but the Stubby, I don't care if the glitches go, but fix the stubby and the crashes please. Also been experiencing some lag from people :\. The cop shotty is probably going to be the next really good gun. But whats up with the stubby taking forever?
