Well my GTA is completely clean , and I figured out the sound problem is because of my headset , but nvm about the sound problems , so now im trying to fix the graphical problems.

2 pictures of bug : and another bug in type : When im trying to listen to some music on youtube / play mta / watch movies / try any kind of song / music , im getting an cool sound bug , at first I hear only the melody it self , I am hearing the music itself , without hearing the people who sings it. To make it more clear , ill take mta as an example. When im driving / some one is driving while I spec him , I do not hear the car , I dont hear my OWN car when driving , all I do is hear the cars near me , horn or honk , now , while im driving all I hear is the radio , I do not hear the car engine , the car driving , or my own horn , so which means while im driving I only hear the radio , and in the radio I only hear the music ( melody as mentioned ) , so 2 bugs so far , no car sounds , bugged radio sound / youtube sounds.

I'm having tons of issues lately , after I installed a new copy of windows 7 from windows xp. In Windows XP , everything was okay and nothing went wrong, sounds were perfect etc... Now when I enter mta , suddnely when I play , graphical pictures everywhere , the skins of people / cars are ruined ( I see the car in full sized , but with holes in it , like its not completely painted ) I mean that you see the skin with holes in it , like a graphical bug , and the sounds are bugged too , I listen to the radio of MTA , and then the music is on very high , but I cant hear the people singing the song , like drops at songs , everything is preety messed up. Haven't tried to host a server , and even if I do I can't bring people for trying to talk because I have some problem's with the server. And by the binds you mean clicking Z? Yes its on Z and all bind's are okay.
