  1. Hi, if you had searched the forum, you would have found this post from me. The post was http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=16747
  2. Open only UDP ports for MTA:SA. Otherwise the "holes" in the firewall are as bigger as they are necessary to use a MTA:SA Server!
  3. Do you use a VPN-connection or -passtrough for connecting to the internet? In Germany we use PPPoE (Point-To-Point Over Ethernet), I think Austria uses PPPtP (Point-To-Point Tunneling Protocol).
  4. What's the name of your router? Are you sure you don't have a DSL modem? I see your provider is Inode. What DSL connection do you have? How fast is it? How is that product called, maybe "xDSL"?
  5. Do you have already tried to delete gta_sa.set file in "My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files" ? Then start GTA:SA SP check your settings, close it. After this run MTA:SA, maybe this works?
  6. Hi, what about using GTA Rumble's CrashKiller. If MTA:SA freezes, press F5 and return to the desktop. http://downloads.gtarumble.co.uk/index.php?act=category&id=2
  7. Is it when you are flying around with a plane? Then the mouse is used for controlling the plane.

  9. Hi, MTA:SA only supports GTA:SA V 1.0 EU or US. Look at this post: Patching your German, 1.01 or 2.00 version of gta_sa.exe
  10. Sorry, you can't minimize the MTA:SA window.

It isn't a game, it's a multiplayer modification for GTA San Andreas. You need GTA San Andreas to install that modification. Then you have to download the MTA:SA Client. The current version is R1.1.1.
  12. Hi, simply forward port 22003 UDP for MTA:SA and 22126 UDP for ASE. Port 44003 UDP is for Remote Admin. Forwarding any TCP ports is not necessary. My server doesn't appear at Game-Monitor.com, but in the server browser! (Maybe need to register the server there? ) Edit: Yes, you have to register your server at game-monitor.com! I tried
  13. You haven't to specify a user name for Remote Admin. Enable AdminServer in mtaserver.conf: # AdminServer # Required: No # Purpose: Defines whether the server should enable Remote Admin # Format - AdminServer <1/0> # Notes: # Set to 1 to enable, anything else to disable # REMEMBER TO CHANGE THE ADMIN PASSWORD! AdminServer 1 Remote Admin port is 44003.
  14. Read this first: Patching your German, 1.01 or 2.00 version of gta_sa.exe
  15. Do you use MTA:SA R 1.1.1 ?
  16. Forward port 22003 UDP for MTA:SA and 22126 UDP for ASE. Port 44003 UDP is for remote admin. ASE (All-Seeing Eye) shows your server in the server browser. If you don't know how to forward the right ports, go to portforward.com, there is explained how to forward ports. Simply select there your router.
  17. Sorry couldn't find your server. Edit: Go to http://www.port-scan.de/lynx/select.php and type in: 22126 udp and click [start-Scan]. Then you will see if port 22126 UDP (for ASE) is open. PS: It's a german website, but I guess you understand german.
  18. Simply download the file from the post: http://talidan.littlewhitey.net/gtasapatch.exe
  19. Whats the name of your server? Have you already tried to set up your server again? The server I run, is included in the client setup. I think you use dedicated server, right?
  20. DMZ is the de-militarised zone, which means the firewall is off. A computer which is there is not secured by the firewall. I think i have a small solution for you, maybe it works. Go to http://www.game-monitor.com/ and click [Add Server]. Then you have to register at game-monitor. After that your server should be listed there. When you start your server, does this message appear: "All Seeing Eye listing enabled"?
  21. What's the version of your GTA:SA game and of your MTA:SA? Edit: Did you use the gta_sa.exe tool described here? http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=15151 If your GTA:SA version is not 1.00 EU or US you are not able to play MTA:SA.
  22. Make some 0 (zero) or A or so at the beginning of your servers name to test it. Then open server browser and sort them by name. Your server will appear at the beginning of the list. Hopefully it should. Edit: I can't see my own server at game-monitor.com but at the server browser!
  23. If you always have the same ip, it's static. If your ip changes it's a dynamic ip. E. g. here you see your ip: http://www.whatsmyip.org Edit: Check if you have portforward correctly: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Thomson-Alcatel/SpeedTouch545/MTA_SA_R1.0.htm
  24. You only need to forward port 22003 UDP for MTA:SA and 22126 UDP for ASE. Port 44003 UDP is for remote admin. If you want to use remote admin set AdminServer to 1. # AdminServer # Required: No # Purpose: Defines whether the server should enable Remote Admin # Format - AdminServer <1/0> # Notes: # Set to 1 to enable, anything else to disable # REMEMBER TO CHANGE THE ADMIN PASSWORD! AdminServer 1 And specify your Remote Admin password # AdminPass # Required: Yes (if AdminServer is enabled) # Purpose: Defines the Remote Admin password # Format - AdminPass AdminPass youradminpassword Yes, ASE is set correctly.
