no, close server THEN delete. when u close the server, it writes back everything in the file, so any changes directly to the file will be lost and replaced when mtaserver is closed

I try to keep this place legal. distributing dc bios is a COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT on segas rights. thats not legal. i dont want this place to get in deep shit. so, i said no bios, only way ILL stop enforcing this rule is if a sm or admin DIRECTLY tells me to stop. about 0.2a, i noticed (even w/ cpu overclockin, capcom hack, and priority) some spots in the game gets a bit more laggy than 0.1. just to point that out

u need flash and bios. i dunno wat flash does, maby its like, cmos for the dc? i dunno. wrong, just because theres no working emus, doesnt mean no1 else is workin on emulating or understanding the dc hardware. theres alot of people that know diff parts of makin a dc emu. i have NO idea how to emulate hardware. but, just like psx and n64 and other emus, you could d/l grafix and sound and controller, etc plugins. this emu doesnt. i dunno if theres plans to change it or not, posty should know. also, about the compatibility. note how most dc games are diskjuggler rips (i hate diskjuggler...). theres not much of a prob w/ compatibility unlike roms. since roms dont have a standard and isos do. but hell, what do i know, i dont even know how emus work!

2126 is for ase. i dunno how ase works so i dunno if u HAVE to forward it, i just know i query it w/ php to get live stats from it
