Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again. Press 'n' when asked. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.

OK, the drivers installed successfully. Is your friend still having lag?
-
OK, forget the USB3 driver then. It's fine with whatever driver is currently installed. You have an old version of MTADiag which is why it mistakenly installed the unstable build. Obtain the latest one and try again (I don't need the log this time). If MTA and/or your computer is still crashing, I will need the BSOD minidumps. Please ensure that the system is configured properly as per my previous reply, then upload your minidump(s) next time you get a BSOD.

My apologies, I provided the wrong driver. Try this one: http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/3 ... h-whql.exe

Please see if these two drivers install: Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) USB3 driver Then provide another MTADiag log. Also ensure your system is configured to create minidumps upon BSOD: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/General-Di ... a-p/324485 What is the model of your computer?

Please upload the contents of C:\WINDOWS\Minidump for me to analyze the cause of your bluescreens.
