Same here, i probaly deserved it but i don't remember what i did cause i did not get any email/pm. I think you should make those rules more strict and they must give a reason why otherwise they should not be able to ban/give warnings to anyone, and if they still do give warnings and bans without any reasons then i think you should remove their admin/moderator rights, even if they have wrote it on the moderator forums. If those rules are more strict i dubt moderators or users on the forums will complain.
