Frame rate with high number of players

When i played MTA 0.3 with about 15 people in a sever my game would run at 30fps, but in 0.5 with the same number of people it's around 15fps...

The point i'm getting to is, Would blue be able to give good synch with a high number of players whilst maintaining a good framerate or is it too early to tell?

The FPS of a blue-based game is almost entirely dependent on the mod/game mode. More complex game modes might do more processing per frame, where as simple ones would do less.
