The performance tab. check to see that none of the categories to do with memory (I believe that include page file usage too) are nearly full... if you only have a little bit of memory, then go to the processes tab and try freeing up some, by closing tasks. If it turns out that you're using up all of the memory on your machine... well.. you really need some RAM. Link to comment
