i cannot do any action with it

when i mute or kick or even ban no thing happen

and when i add something to acl it say error adding user,*** to Group

and i cannot stop / start any resource

Did you customize the admin code? Make sure acl.xml still has rights for ''admin'' or try to run with the default acl to exclude the possibility it's corrupted. (incase that immediately works)..

If you don't recall changing anything in the admin resource recently, try running the default admin resource (from https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/resources/)

Incase you edited admin recently, assume those changes broke it, and revert them or open a scripting support topic/debug it.
