Problem "cannot quick save while a load in progress" in Map Editor

Hi, i am zonik.
i got this problem today, and i can't map anything because i can't save.
when i try to save i got the error "cannot quick save while a load in progress"
when i try to start a new map i got that error again.
i ask to my friend, he is scripter and he said me the problem is the folder [editor] i remove it, and my friend send me his [editor] i put it and i have the same problem.
i can't create a new map,open or save a map. please help me ):
(i reinstall MTA 3 Times but not work)
