[Ayuda] No poder usar el comando pasado 5 segundos

Hola gente del forum, como dice el titulo ¿cómo puedo hacer que cuando un jugador use un comando que en este caso es el /chibaku, no lo pueda usar 5 segundos después?, ya que como podrán ver en el lua tiene varios "createExplosion" y si se llegara a usar este comando como un bind seria muy abusivo. no sé si me doy a explicar.

Después ve añadiendo players cuando usen el comando, y no les dejes volver a usarlo. Usa setTimer por 5 segundos para borrarlos de la tabla.

Disculpe, error mio cuando dije "un jugador", quise decir todos los jugadores. Lo que me refiero es que cuando se use el comando /chibaku, aparezca un mensaje diciendo "No puedes volver a utilizar el comando, espera 5 segundos", y luego de esos cinco segundos el comando se vuelva a habilitar.

Tienes que hacer una variable global y de valor le pones 0,  luego  dentro de la función usar un if getTickCount() - time < 5000 then (el time es el nombre de la variable, si le pusiste 'h' ponle 'h' y ya :v)
