^ i changed it to 30

More informations!

*Near phil's place there will be an Lost MC Biker club which will allow you to (Propably) join lost mc's

it will have a big interior

*Since there is only club in vice city (malibu) i will add Bahama mamas or maisonette 9 in vice city mainland island

*Soon first house models are incoming , later they will have purchase option

*Soon ill work on some business and roleplay interiors such as Offices , Banks , Downtown Police apartament interior and many more

This is due to you using the stream in / stream out function on the scene to res.
 It's quite unoptimized thus some objects may get streamed in multiple times. Also objects are always streaming in and out.

I would recommend you remove the stream out thing (It doesn't do much really except make you have to reload the object later on)  and make it so it catches the streamed in objects so objects of the same ID won't get reloaded.

Noooo, turn down the model load distance to 300. And remove the part that destreams them.

Turning up the model lod distance will cause a whole lot of lag on low end computers. Also it makes it so hundreds if not thousands of objects are streamed in at the same time that will cause massive lag with a lot of people.
