Wrong'd Flibble (Or Bump) had to use the Police Heli to get on top of the VCN Tower in Downtown. You can get there in both Singleplayer and in MTA Link to comment

It's quite obvious it was done in Multiplayer.. 1) the chat box 2) The "Screen Shot" taken text and 3) He's a sailor, not Tommy Admittedly, 3 is optional, as he could have spent hours using the "ilikedressingup" code to get there. And I might like to add I love the little argument that sprung up from the question asked Happy Belated Easter..
