I expect it would be if it was possible, anyway...i think they're just going to carry on with blue after they've fixed the main problems with 0.5, and they've already said that things like that will be in it.

That's what gta3 is... vice city doesn't need it, although it would be fun... but bearing in mind that you'd need to enable money etc etc, this would probably be too much work...
