I don't think it is anything to do with servers. More likely a interaction problem with another program, like firewall or antivirus.

Try updating Kaspersky. If that doesn't help, try temporarily uninstalling Kaspersky and see if the BSODs stop.

And what used for ?

Avast tough strict Situation Protection Detect this as suspect

It's a driver, component of anti-cheat.

If it got detected then it's a false positive from Avast.

How you know that FairplayKD.sys component of anti-cheat. ?

Well, thats will take some time (not sure, if I can done it in this year).

I guess, I will use 1.4 version for now. If I would get another bsod with cause driver_unloaded_without_cancelling_pending_operations, I will report right here.

You lack knownledge. First of all learn to understand what a false-positive is..

Avast that you have isn't immune to that. No matter how much you trust your Avast scanner.
