Do you want a PC specifically for MTA, or are you going to be doing other things with it as well? (outside of gaming)

What is your budget?

Here are my main performance component recommendations if you can't spend much.

CPU: A pentium G3258 can be had for $70 or less and it's pretty much one of the best CPUs in it's price range. It does very respectably given it's price even on modern games. Mild overclocks can easily be achieved on the stock cooler although I advise an aftermarket cooler for that purpose (hyper tx3/212 plus/212 evo). If you don't OC then the stock cooler will be fine in all regards given it's low TDP rating.

GPU: If you don't mind settling with ancient hardware to save money then a 8800gt/9800gt could be had for less than $50 usually on ebay or something. I've had the 9800gt and I know it can max SA with ease. If you do mind, consider a 750 for $75 (currently on newegg)/750ti/950 or possibly a 950ti when it comes out, these are all entry level cards that will do nicely for your purpose.

No problem. If you ever have any further questions or concerns I'd be happy to help you out.

Part picker is a good deal to sort through parts and GPU boss is a tool that helps you compare benchmark performance on paper for different graphics cards.

Note on something I said earlier, I told you about the 8800/9800 for that price because it came to mind for that price however there could be better cards for that price. For example I have the "SSC" version of this card http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-NVIDIA-GeF ... 3d019a9a7d and it's only $50.

All in all I recommend you don't go below anything less powerful than an 8800. You can use the GPU boss comparison tool to compare.

Yeah it should because one of my friends play on a pc @2ghz 1gb ram and a 512mb graphics card at max fps on mta so i reckon gt 610 1gb card will run mta nicely and if not i can always upgrade it to something better or just get the 2gb version of that card which can actually run gta v quite well
