libmysqlclient.so.16: file too short

Hey, im trying to setup my MTA Server and had a few problems with the libmysqlclient.so.16 file.

I tried to put that file by myself and it didn't worked so i tried the command "apt-get install libmysqlclient-dev"

After that this error appears when im starting the MTA Server.

ERROR: Could not load /home/mta_main/mods/deathmatch/./dbconmy.so - /usr/lib/libmysqlclient.so.16: file too short

Anyone know an error solution ?

and follow this commands

cd /urs/lib/ 
rm -f libmysqlclient.so.16 #to delete old 
wget use_link_from_above!! 
chmod 755 libmysqlclient.so.16
