Windows 8 Low FPS

hey guys,i had Windows 7 before,and MTA was working good with a normal FPS (40-50),but now,with installing Windows 8 when i run MTA and play in some servers,my FPS goes down to (15-17) i tried to install DirectX 9,but nothing worked,can anyone help me please?

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Press 'n' when asked.

Actually I deleted Windows 7 without deleting other folders like GTA SA Folder,and when i installed Windows 8 i downloaded mta 5 and i installed it,everything was running fine,till i started some server,FPS went down,so i don't know if the problem is in drivers,or in mta,anyways i will try your suggestion
