Singleplayer version of MTA is not able to loop cars

I'm developing a small project,

Everything seems to work except I can't loop any vehicles spawned by the GTA engine, any way to loop them?

this project ur working on is somehow comes from skills.. but one of the reasons for this post being in-active, Abandoned, having no Descriptions for your work. Project title. or it's Purpose, and maybe for a possibility of Virus / Malware Infected, idk* i don't know.. if these files are safe to explore. from the Community perspectives. 

 Google-code is ok when developing small titles / Projects. but it do lack the Support.

Perhaps GitHub / Heruko would do the trick since it has a Publicity Assistance.
