[REQ]MTA Singleplayer

Could someone extract MTA source so everyone can make singleplayer scripts? For example: To make.. something Like a tank with rockets to shoot NPC's ?

I tried a few times, but I'm too unfamiliar and it always crashes, has compile errors or plainly doesn't work.

Or maybe someone could look why this one is crashing (when hitting Q+P in-game)? :

Well, my suggestion is about your crash, why don't you do what i do, and others most likely do as well.

Make a RAR file or a untouched GTA directory in case your modding goes bad.

you could maybe search around youtube or other releated gta modding sites for CLEO 3/4 mods.
