The prices listed on our site include Windows licensing fees by default and we offer any other operating system you desire. If you are a current customer and looking to upgrade an already active service, then pop in a ticket and we will see what we can do for you in terms of a discount on your upgrade with us. And for all of you PayPal non-lovers, we are working with a credit/debit card processor right now on an agreement so we can accept and process credit/debit cards directly.
