How to cancel changing nick from settings?

If i use onPlayerChangeNick it says in wiki:

Cancelling this event depends on how it is called, if it is called by the scripting event then it is NOT cancelable. If it is called from the /nick command it IS cancelable. If this event is cancelled and can be cancelled then the name will not change.

This only cancels /nick

But how to cancel changing from settings should I cancel onClientPlayerChangeNick ?

Man, changing the nick from "settings" or using /nick command should be the same, as you change your nick and then send it to the server, so you can use onPlayerChangeNick and then cancel the event, you won't have any problem.
