Turn real cars lighter

Hi everybody, i have my server with really cool real cars, but they are too heavy! I mean a simple car weights 15 mb! and I have 14 of them. Somebody who entered to my server told me to use txd workshop and to do this:

First, Go to Image>Decompress all images.

Then, Save txd.

Then, Open txd again.

Then, Go to Image>Compress all images.

So doing that images will be compressed now in the best compression, but when i do that all textures turn black, someones with green points!

What am i doing wrong!?!?! A friend (owner of proDRIFT server) has got lots of cars and they all weight less than 100mb, my 14 cars weight 130mb!

What can i do? somebody in the spanish section told me to export all files of the txd and to rezise them.

But when i did that, the car was all gray!

You could just make your own download system, or just open the image, resize it to a lower resolution, then import it again in the txd, then save.

whats a download system, download from another ip? how can i do it? i tried to rezise images to a 30% percent but then all textures were gray in game
