Guest Posted January 14, 2004 Share Posted January 14, 2004 Just for the information: -- The CRC client error could be due to the fact that the client is running a firewall or behind a router. If my firewall is on, it's 10 secs and I get disconnected for a Client CRC timeout. If I disable it, it runs without problems. A good hint for people having problems with CRC timeouts, check if your windows XP firewall or 3rd party firewall is running. This could also be the problem for people running behind routers! For people behind routers, try DMZ for a change and check wether that helps or not. Well.. that's my 2 cnts, hope it was a bit of help for some people ps.
