Massive server lag and Chatbox full of shit.

My server is lagging like hell. In other server i get 50fps but in my server 25fps. Other players have told that my server is lagging also. But almost no errors in debug(only race_toptimes). And also that text that map makers put into the map is really annoying because i have to fix them 1 by 1 and im tired of that of removing "This map was downloaded from MTASource.net.." because its ruining my chatbox. Is there a way to make a resource or something that would allow to put that crap into chatbox?
