Majestical
Du'hello people! I've seen, that a lot of servers(e.g. FFS Gaming's login screen) is using DX function. After taking a look on their scripts, I noticed that for blurred backgrounds, they're using blurH.fx and blurV.fx. Can anyone create a small tutorial, how to create a blurred background for custom GUI's as they did? Sincerely, Majesticl Link to comment
Renkon
I was trying to find out about that, but they won't probably explain you because it would be like stealing their ideas. Link to comment
Anderl
So, you like copying others? Use shaders: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Shaders or just make a blurred picture with Photoshop. Link to comment
Majestical
Well, thanks for you supporting, but I'm not copying others, I'm just want to blur a background, so... It's a simple blur, not a whole script. Amm, yeah... I was looking for it everywhere... But no results. Blurred picture with Photoshop and then with dxCreateImage? Link to comment

FFS-Racing
Du'hello people!I've seen, that a lot of servers(e.g. FFS Gaming's login screen) Any other examples or just trying to convince yourself that you are less of a copycat when saying "there are many" ... There are loads of different styles you can go for, pick your own route, replication is never a key to success. Link to comment
