better internet, both them and you

I don't want to be rude or not polite but if you don't know don't botther to answer, in the server cafg file you get "httpdwnloadurl" and there says that you can host your client files outside your computer on a server file host so you can send them to players faster, I foun that after posting this thread, the only problem is taht you'll have to make your server stable and don't make changes on it after you upload youre resources and all will be fine....

well, if you're using a http download url then the server compares the resources on your local host and the files on the http folder to see if they're the same, if you make any changes to the files/resources on the local host, you could use this program I found on the wiki: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Usi ... _downloads[/quote

But what is the use for the program, to send downloads faster or to make the link betwen your host and the computer, or to update the resources that you have changed.....?!?

Well, it says "Using Squid to speed up resource downloads" but in the first paragraph it says "Squid is a web cache that, in this case, makes it easy to mirror your resource directory. This means you can host your resources on another web server, but you don't have to manually copy the files there. Setting this up takes about 15 minutes or so - if everything goes well",

so I'm thinking it's used for web server uploading.

Oh, thanks a lot for the suggestion :D

Can you give me an example of a host that I can use?!
