[HELP] Mobako services adding new shop in default world

Hi everyone again, today I would like to ask you how to create custom shop in mobako services, yes, i created a ped, red circle with a menu, but then I get in red circle and then pressing exit it makes me without ability to take a weapon I had before I entered there, just then I am trying to change weapon, no effects, can't aim, shoot, nothing, like in interiors.

But listen me, I want to create shop not in interior, in default world, area51 zone...

So when I leave red circle, weapons gone, only if on admin panel I freeze myself and unfreeze get weapons back.
