Please be more specific. What do you want to learn / make ?

TDM - use MAP EDITOR , examin existing TDM maps for more stuff.

TXD (textures) COL (collisions) - There are GTA tools for making those (already mentioned). Mta allows to make colision shapes (look into wiki).

There are many possibilities and goals. Once again - be more speciffic.

TDM maps you will find in your MTA directory:

MTA_DIRECTORY\server\mods\deathmatch\resources\[gamemodes]\[tdm]\[maps]

You can search for more at community.multitheftauto.com

Models and collision COL files are made using Autodesk 3ds Max (You will need KAMS scripts http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=9172 )... or the col editor mentioned before.

I may suggest looking at this:

https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/CreateColCuboid

You may try other way...if you want to make invisible walls you can make map objects transparent.

https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/SetElementAlpha

i hope i could clarify it for you.

btw - i think this is the wrong board for those questions. Next time try:
