I'm not sure if your joking but if your not,

it's not Malicious Objects, it might be your Antivirus software or your Firewall software...

MTA is not Malicious Objects and this page is part of MTA

I've read somewhere that MTA 0.5 is treated as virus, but it's not.

That is correct. I believe there are multiple topics here explaining it, but the main cause of this false-positive is in both the way MTA hooks memory, and the program that MTAClient.exe itself is packed in to prevent people from hacking it, which anti-virus programs flag as suspicious, since people do not normally make programs like this anymore. :lol:
