cannot enter password

I did exit in putty..

Now when i start putty and when it asks for password i cannot enter anything

I'm stuck now please help

You can enter, just it will not ouput, write the password then click on enter should do it

If you bought a dedicated server which is in rescue mode you can enter it without entering a password.

Its my first time i work with this, i wanted to restart the server after uploading all the files. But now i dont know how to start it anymore.

As i said im all new in this

While uploading, when connecting to server it was blackscreen. What was normal at that moment.

After upload was complete i did upgrade in putty and reconnected. But still blackscreen

Then icdid start resource. And the resources loaded.

I did exit.. and now i forgot how to start the server lol

Is it with a command or how do i start it?

If I understood your correctly, change directory where you installed mta server like

cd THE FOLDER WHERE YOU INSTALLED MTA

then you will need to change directory to multitheftauto_linux-1.3.0/ assuming you didn't change the folder name

then, chmod +x mta-server

and then run ./mta-server

to be honest to start i had some help, and i forgot some steps like how he started the server lol, me and others were able to connect, but couldn't do anything cuz no resource was loaded
