You should have posted this in the Client support subforum, I would've seen this quicker.

Please install the following:

Provide another dxdiag log after installing.

Uninstall both MTA:SA and GTA:SA.

Then delete the MTA:SA and GTA:SA folders if they were not completely removed during the uninstallation process.

Then delete the contents of C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas.

Now reinstall both GTA:SA and MTA:SA.

Try deleting all the resources in the MTA Directory:

1. Go to the MTA Main Directory (C:/Program Files/MTA San Andreas 1.x)

2.then go in to the mods\deathmatch\resources (C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.x\mods\deathmatch\resources)

3. press ctrl+a then delete

After post if it worked or not.
