You can run SA:MP and MTA:SA in the same GTA:SA installation (as far as I know), and you can definitely run VC:MP and MTA:VC in the same installation of GTA:VC. Link to comment

Install both to your heart's desire and sleep well at night. just worried cause last time i installed another mod when i had MTA is,.. well it was called SAMI, a mod software to install car mods and stuff onto my GTA:SA game, it didnt mess up my GTA but it messed up my MTA, I was just concerned thats all.
