server list decreasing!!!

hey guys i have a problem which is that when i run mta it loads up and everything but then when i click on the server list it shows but then starts to decrease like 1032 server to 1000 up until 200 and this started happening after i have the mta crashing issue i didn't try to fix the problem i just turned my laptop off and waited until the next day and the problem stated above started happening same for my brother

This is caused by MTA having no network access. Ensure there are no firewalls potentially blocking MTA.

same problem happened to me. It didn't happened on SA-MP, CSS, WOW.

but my firewall is turned off and i allowed it and gta through my firewall and it still decreases
