Gungneer
I was wondering if it was possible to make a sort of "web site" in game based on stuff from an ACTUAL website? Example: I create a tabbed window, every time a user clicks on a tab, it pulls content through the client side to the game. If it's not possible, what other ways of doing this is there? MCvarial
You could try to make something using the sockets module Link to comment
Gungneer
Hmm... I'm not 100% that'll do EXACTLY what I need, but I'll deffinatly look into that 'cause it seems promising, thanks. Also, while I'm on this topic, does MTA support HTML formatting? Link to comment
eAi
No, but it has been discussed a few times. The general consensus is that it'll be slower than CEGUI, which is already slow. You can pull content via HTTP, but you can't use HTML to lay it out. Link to comment
Orange
You can try to create a rendering engine using DirectX functions, but I'm not sure that it'd be fast Link to comment
