[Resolved][MTA:SA 1.0.4] Lags "wave effect" in Windows 7.

[EFO]Kesha_F1

Question

Hello MTA team. Several months ago, when installing the new Windows 7 x86 (32bit) in the MTA 1.0.4 having problems with lags "wave effect".

 "Wave effect" - definition of lag when the game is to increase or decrease the FPS in the game, like the wave of the sea. :-k

A similar phenomenon occurs in forests and rural San Andreas, and in some locations, including some areas of cities. I thought that this problem occurs only with me, but I have just received report from some of the players who complained about the presence of this problem associated with the effect of waves.

 The problem occurs on new computers with new processors, 2, 3, 4 cores Intel/AMD (Windows 7). In XP, no such problem.

How to solve the problem of the effect of the wave? :?:

Thank you.

Best regards, Kesha F1.

Resolve: Visual FX: texture quality to the level of "Low".

The Kid, since the issue occurs in both GTASA and MTA, even on lowest graphics settings, your laptop appears to be too slow to run the game properly. Sorry!

[EFO]Kesha_F1, does the issue happen on lowest Visual FX settings and Antialiasing in the settings off, and in single player?

Hello! I solved the problem for PC1 and PC2! I further investigate the problem. And so came to this conclusion.

GTA: San Andreas I have a standard 1.0 with no mods.

The problem was in the shadows, which appeared to have Visual FX to put the texture quality to the level of "Medium". Antialiasing does not play any role in this issue. In any case, I conducted an experiment by exposing Antialiasing with step 1 (1, 2, 3).

Problem occurred in a single player and in the MTA. I think in SA there are some objects that are improperly charged the shade, so is the effect of the wave.

Resolve: Visual FX: texture quality to the level of "Low".

Sounds good! Since GTA:SA is from 2005, I would think that your PC1 is fast enough to run it at highest settings with no lag, but I guess not. Thank you for posting your results.
