Call of Duty: MW/MW2 & Black-Ops.

Hello.

I'm LiLArt, new to the MTA forum and I have searched arround and found this section. I would like to share my made maps into this showroom. A scripter "Mikkel Pedersen" is making with me a Call of Duty server (series: CoD4 MW/MW2 and Black-Ops). He is doing the scripting work and I'm doing the mapping work. I have made arround 9 CoD4 MW maps and 1 Black Ops map for now. And I'll upload some pictures of them later. I am also using Satan his map "Ambush" what should be named "District". (got big respect for him as a creative mapper with great mapping and texturing work).

Finished CoD maps:

- Array (black-ops)

- Backlot

- Bog

- Countdown

- Crash

- District (By SATAN)

- Killhouse

- Showdown

- Vacant

- Wet Work

Non CoD Maps:

- mp_Launch

- New York

- mp_Rust

For now I got some pictures of a few maps we are using in the server (in progress) what isn't deticated to CoD but still worth it to post some pictures right here:

Discription:

A rusty city located somewhere in Afghan. Everything looks damaged and rusty (got no TXD changes in any map).

The map is made very tacticfull since there are three ways to reach the other side of the map and the both teams got non advantage.

Discription:

idea is inspiret by the map "Launch" from Black-Ops but I made my own version. The interieur of the Launch looks like the Area69 of Gta SA. Aboth the ground is in the midle of the desert surrounded by mountains.

Array (CoD7 Black-Ops)

Discription

In the game CoD Black-Ops this map is a snow map, but I don't how it works with those textures and such. It's an big scope with a control room what looks all over the map. It's located on a mountain with three tactical roads to walk trough the map.

Backlot (CoD4 Modern Warfare)

Discription

Medium sized construction site and town.

a mid-sized map that is good for almost all game modes. There are two M249 mounted machine guns. However, there are several spots to counter this.

Bog(CoD4 Modern Warfare)

Discription

Small desert bog. Features a destroyed M1 Abrams.

The map is a very wide open and set in a junk-filled Middle-Eastern field.

Countdown(CoD4 Modern Warfare)

Multiply ways to reach from A to B

Discription

Open launch pad. Huge sight lines and dangerous maneuvering.

Countdown is a map set on a missile launch sight. There are several hangars situated on the outskirts of the map, which serve as main spawn points.

Crash(CoD4 Modern Warfare)

Discription

Downed Sea Knight in a desert town.

The map is relatively small in comparison with other maps, and plays host to intense and fast paced matches. There are many blind corners and narrow corridors and dark corners, which encourage players to camp. Conversely.

Killhouse(CoD4 Modern Warfare)

Discription

Small SAS training facility.

Killhouse is a very small map from the Variety Map Pack and is inspired by the tutorial level "F.N.G.". It is a symmetrical map with a looking post in the middle. The buildings are wooden and the walls are concrete. It will sure be home to some very fierce battles as the map is no larger than Shipment.

Discription

Small desert arena

Showdown is set in the desert, centred around a courtyard surrounded by a two-level structure. There are four entrances from to the courtyard to its outer ring, which is divided

Vacant(CoD4 Modern Warfare)

Discription

Deserted Russian office. Intense interior fighting.

Vacant is a small map that is set in an abandoned Russian office building. The main building contains various pieces of office equipment, cubicles, and random debris lying around.

Wet Work(CoD4 Modern Warfare)

2 ways to reach from A to B

Discription

Medium-large cargo ship

Wet Work is a medium sized map with nearly identical sides. Frag grenades work especially well. Helicopters and airstrikes are dreaded due to limited cover and the linear shape of the playing field.

You should also post some screens of the others maps, people need to see how awesome they are and how great you managed to make these maps look like the real ones froms cod. :D

Yea I will ofcourse, I hoped you could make some short videos of those CoD maps? Anyway I might make some pictures today with the Scripter since he got a script for it to be a "camera" and knows how to control it well.

I can send you a download link what includes all those maps. But first I want to know,

1. Where do you want to use those maps for?

2. Do you own a server?

yes? What kind of server

3. I would like to check the server you own/play on or what ever the maps are used for then I would like to check it out..

PS: do NOT edit any of my maps, share it without my premission, also the credits goes to me "LiLArt".

All the maps are exact re-makes.. I don't understand how you can say "and all the others are not similar". You must understand I have a ammount of diff. objects to use.. do you want them Similar? Find someone to add textures to those maps to make it perfect. I am too lazy for that :)

Hmm, COD4 maps look really good even with SA textures! But, you're making this for SA-MP in the past did you?

Why don't edit or make a new gamemode here in MTA SA? I'm sure it's a good idea with better quality, though COD2 gamemode was there already.

Yes I made it for SA:MP, how did you know that anyway?

And I agree, MTA SA has lots of better sync, less lag and lots of more futures... But the scripter has done alot already on the gamemod for SA:MP + he has no knowledge about scripting for MTA. And yes, the server is still in progress... I will see when it gets finished, it will take a while.. if it won't become a succes or if it won't get finished then I'll give my maps to a worthfull server so I didn't made this all for nothing

PS: I dislike the CoD2 server at MTA SA anyway, all maps aren't similair to CoD2, not even the gamemod is.. dunno, I just don't like it.. that's why I hoped to make a gamemod which is exact like the CoD4 MW gamemod
