For the Ethernet driver, do a "Repair" option if it gives you one. Your driver for that is still out of date. And you were correct about having the latest graphics driver already.

Try this driver for Chipset. If it doesn't install, no big deal.

I did notice the "CM108.sys" is not WHQL certified and that may well be an issue. I was not able to find a newer driver; Turtle Beach' support website simply said to plug and play and Windows' own driver will be used. I don't think anything can be done about that. Why are you using this USB sound card instead of the onboard Realtek HD Audio?

Alright.

Well the onboard Realtek HD Audio is messed up (like if I plug my headset, 1 side of it is only working)... So I use a USB sound car instead.

My computer is pretty old. 6 years old...

:o When I downloaed the Intel chipset my Norton said it was a virus. -_-

Only one side of your headset works even if you plug it in to the back, not the front?

This link for the Chipset drivers should not set off your antivirus. The other link did only because of the type of package it is (self-extracting).

Did you install the Ethernet driver?

Let me try plugging it on the back.

And I'll try to download that one.

Yes, I did install the Ethernet driver.

EDIT: New problem... When I ran the Setup for the Intel Chipset, it said "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software Setup will exit"

EDIT2: For the sound, this is weird... When I plug my microphone on the back of my computer it won't work, but the sound works. If I plug it in the front, microphone works, BUT sound don't work... LOL

OK, the chipset message is fine. No need for any chipset drivers then, XP's own will suffice.

About your sound, it's just an issue with internal wiring or a setting in the CMOS. But that's an issue unrelated to MTA.

What settings are you running GTASA with?

Oh, I just notice, gameplay isn't also smooth when I'm in a car... It's not smooth when I'm in a moving object. But when I get off a moving object, its smooth.

You're probably just noticing the effects of the frame limiter which caps at 25FPS. Do you notice anything wrong in single player GTA?

Nope... All servers. And like I said, my brother has a weaker CPU then mine and his gameplay is smoother....

I get better FPS in other games that needs more stuff then San Andreas. Like I can play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 lowest settings and play perfectly fine.

If I have lowest settings in San Andreas MP, gameplay isn't smooth enough for me.
