Automatic exit from teams. How solve it?

Hi all.

I'm making a RPG server and it has jobs.

People can get a job when use a pickup.

GOOD:

You join to the team of medics if you go to medic pickup (example)

Your skin is changed by a cop if you go to police pickup (example)

BAD:

When i join to a team, i'm expelled from the team in few seconds.

I know it: Because i see it in scoreboard and i lose the rights of the team.

What script indicates the time that a player can stay in a team?? I will search it in this resource and i will search it in other possible resources that may be causing problems.

if i'm right j-rpg does this, find in the resource the function that does that and remove it maybe.
