Did you forward all needed ports correctly?

Did you set up external http download server? Is settings fine?

Maybe you disabled internal http server?

Maybe something is already listening on that ports?

Are you getting any errors in console?

What OS is running on server machine? Is it your own PC?

Post your mtaserver.conf file.

This guide is for MTASA: Race (outdated) btw. But if you can run server and forwarded 22005 - everything should be fine. Try to install MTA to another directory (do not overwrite actual) and run clean, empty server.

edit:

And please do not make double posts. Use edit button next time. Thanks.

I have opened the ports exactly what Jamie_Mews has done, and also forwarded port 22005. Does it matter about having a static IP?

When I search my server, it does not appear in the server browser, I have to manually tell my friends my IP for them to be able to join, and they still cannot download resources. My friends also cannot see my server in the lists.

and also forwarded port 22005.

well, it all depends on your configuration.

Does it matter about having a static IP?
generally - no. but keep reading.
When I search my server, it does not appear in the server browser, I have to manually tell my friends my IP for them to be able to join, and they still cannot download resources. My friends also cannot see my server in the lists.

Game-monitor requires server to be available (online) for few hours. If you shut it down - they won't accept you. Keep your server online at least 24h.

About dynamic/static IP - every time you change IP - game monitor needs another 24h to show your server. So it's better to avoid changing IP.

If you forwarded ports correctly - just wait..
