How To Log in On MTA SA (noob question I know)

When I try logging into my account on MTA SA (ie: Username: Hawk69 Password: Yaddah Yaddah) I click Login, and it comes up with a message saying: "ERROR Services Currently Unavailable".

I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or if I haven't registered in the right place, but I really want to be able to log in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I Like to use drift handling with mates.

You can use handling mods in some servers in the new version of MTA, but remember that it doesnt work anywhere.

If you really want to use handling mods then you can join the server "[ROG] Republic of Gaming Free roam zone!",

we allow modded handling there, (but not cheats!!!).
