MTA on Win 2003

I seem to be getting some problems with MTA on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2, when I start up the game instead of showing GTA SA welcome screen, everything is white, then when I connect to server, I can see the loading bar, but the background again is white.

Finally when I get in-game, everything is 16bit and unclear.

And dont tell me to get a normal OS, because I wont. I am happy with srv 2003, its perfectly fine.

I have tried sa-mp, it works without problems.. I have no idea what could be wrong

Try updating directX and your graphic card drivers.

Make sure all graphics acceleration is at max in dxdiag.
