Actually it is possible. You can use velocity functions to script that.

EDIT: What velocity function do I have to use?

If I'm correct the slippery handling is applied automatically with rainy weather? If so, you could try some combination of weather (I think. Maybe there's something where you can't see the rain, but the handling will be slippery?).

No. I just finished slipper handling with velocity. I will post video soon, it's awesome :) Thanks for everybody who helped!
