1st) In my server console dont show my server ip.

Why are you using the server IP parameter anyway?

2nd) In my server can join only I because other players who try join have erors licke ''Connection Time Out'' or ''San Andreas data files have been modified'' and others erors.

"Connection Timed Out" points to the player not being able to connect to the server because IP/port were incorrect, ports weren't opened OR improper use of that same serverip parameter. ''San Andreas data files have been modified'' however means that the data files of GTA San Andreas (e.g. handling.cfg) has been edited and therefore is cheating. Just tell the players to remove their mods, or set to 0.

3rd) In server browse my server dont show up.

This means the ASE port (in your case 22126 UDP) isn't open / portforwarded to your server.
