HELP Error after MTA splash

Hey all, I have MTA loaded on my personal pc and im trying to get it to run on a custom built one. GTA works fine in single player. MTA loads the splash and goes black like its gonna start but stays black for like 30 seconds and then shuts down. I checked the core log file and this is what it gives me.
