Cars, Clothes, and Cops

Okay, so we know the cars are functioning (pretty much, including the air-bourne vehicles). This is good! This is the primary thing we want as a whole.

Now, we make things more interesting. Has GTA:VC had clothing implemented? I should go an look at screenshots again, but I don't want to lose what I wrote, nor am I cool enough to copy/paste. =D

Also, is it still impossible to get the cops to chase one certain person and let everyone else see it? It seems like a difficult thing to accomplish. If worse comes to worse, you can always have the "Cop Gang". ;;

different skins are possible, but custom ones (out of the game) will not show up.

as for a cop gang, law enforcement in general is out of hte question for a while, but not entirely ruled out.
