Help with installing.

Hey guys I need help with my san andreas pc version.. I had San Adnreas instaled with the patch so I could play SAMP. Recently my sister deleted it without uninstalling properly and now when I try to re-install it just says "play", but it doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's because of the patch or what but I need help that is what it says when I click uninstall, and when I click play nothing happens so I dont know what to do I need some help, Just post here please.
