My scariest... an email off Take2 Anti-Piracy team. See below!

VIA EMAIL:

Demand for Immediate Take-Down: Notice of Infringing Activity

Dear Sir or Madam,

Take 2 has received information that the domain listed above, which appears to be on servers under your control, is offering unlicensed copies of, or is engaged in other unauthorized activities relating to copyrighted computer games published by Take 2.

1. Identification of copyrighted works:

PC: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Copyright owner:

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc

2. Infringing material or activity found at the following location(s): http://www.torrentino.net/details.php?id=104, http://www.torrentino.net/torrents/104.torrent

The above Computer game(s) is being made available for copying, through downloading, at the above location without authorization of the copyright owner.

3. Statement of authority:

I hereby certify under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am authorized to act on behalf of Take 2, the owner of the copyright(s) in the work(s) identified above. I have a good faith belief that none of the materials or activities listed above have been authorized by Take 2, its agents, or the law.

We hereby give notice of these activities to you and request that you take expeditious action to remove or disable access to the material described above, and thereby prevent the illegal reproduction and distribution of this computer game via your company's network.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please advise us regarding what actions you take.

When i recieved it i was thinking OH SHIT! but if you read it they're simply asking to take it down. The host did that for me anyway, aswell as denying that the site ever existed... :(

Thepiratebay gets legal threats that look just like that. Do what they do and you'll never get arrested too. :mrgreen:
